Terms of use
Effective October 18, 2026. These terms cover use of this website and bookings with Score Up Arcade in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. Playing on the floor is also covered by the waiver.
The website
The site describes the arcade, parties, and events. Hours on the site start when the doors open. The street address will be posted on the visit page before opening day. Online games, when they are listed, are free browser games. They can change or go offline without notice.
You may not misuse the site, try to break a booking, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or send a form with someone else's contact details.
Party packages
All-inclusive parties include arcade games and pizza. The 2 hour package is $40.64 per guest. The 3 hour package is $45.64 per guest. The minimum is 10 guests. Prices are per guest and can change for parties that are not yet confirmed. The price you are shown when the deposit is paid is the price for that booking.
The deposit
A refundable security deposit of $199 is required before a party time is booked. The deposit is not the party price and it is not a tax. The time is reserved only after the deposit payment succeeds. If checkout is unavailable, the form does not confirm a reservation.
The deposit comes back after the party when the room and equipment are returned in order. Loss, damage, or a mess beyond ordinary use can be taken from the deposit. Anything above the deposit is still owed.
Changes and cancellation
Email bookings@rockcityarcade.com to change or cancel. A cancelled party is not a confirmed party. We will tell you in the booking email if a cancellation date changes whether the deposit comes back. Until that email says otherwise, ask us before you rely on a refund of a cancelled date.
House rules
- Follow staff instructions. Staff can stop play or end a party if a guest is unsafe or is damaging the floor.
- The adult who books is responsible for the guests they bring, including children.
- Outside cake and simple decorations are welcome. Confetti cannons, glitter, and open flames are not.
- Do not put drinks or pizza on the machines.
The floor
Walk-in play starts when the doors open. Games, simulators, and prize counters can be offline for repair. A game being on the site is not a promise that the cabinet is on the floor that day.
Intellectual property
The Score Up name, logo, and the text and photos on this site belong to Score Up Arcade or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own business.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent California law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the site or a delayed reply. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, intentional harm, or any duty that California law does not let us limit. The waiver covers physical play on the floor.
Law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where the law requires a different forum.
